In some cases, QA testing cannot be made on premises of the translation agency or the translator. There are many reasons why this may be the case, such as security requirements, complex installation requirements, custom hardware required etc. In such cases, testing must be conducted on customer premises. On-site testing is conducted with the linguistic tester accompanied by a QA tester on behalf of the customer.
